Working On Ourselves So We Become Better Parents

Working On Ourselves So We Become Better Parents

When I was thinking about what message I want to share with you today it was clear there's a huge focus on needing to release, go inward and expand beyond all the timelines at play, taking place collectively and individually.

As the quickening continues creating an incredible amount of swirling unstable energy many of us can feel the energy of excitement or uneasiness in the air. (It all depends on what you are tapping into and your viewpoint.)

A true metamorphosis is an individual's journey and I feel many of us are on this journey right now individually but also collectively. I myself have been through a crazy rollercoaster of releasing the past few years, from processing loved ones behaviors, being present through the final years of a loved ones journey, being surrounded by the very young and the very old, and by going through my own very real health scare, I have witnessed multiple timelines and experiences.

When we work on our inner selves and our own personal growth our outer circumstances begin to change. Chaos can often ensue as you're stirring up stuck beliefs, stuck energy, old baggage and negativity. We are watching this play out on the world stage right now.

There are four areas I want to draw your attention to as we all go through the next few years of transformation.

Spiritual Bypassing - Instead of getting lost in only focusing on the glittery facade of life, strive for a balanced perspective. This helps to embrace the beauty and joy, but also recognize the shadows and challenges that might be existing in our lives. By acknowledging both the light and the cloudiness within, we can cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. When we resist the temptation to judge others for their struggles, and instead offer compassion and support we connect with our own vulnerabilities, we become more empathetic and open-hearted, creating an authentic spiritual journey that transcends the limitations of spiritual bypassing.

-As you go within and begin to heal, let go and tap into your inner guidance system (intuition) on a deeper level. At first you might find that the people and events showing up in your life may not be what you'd consider "high vibe" or up to your standards, this may seem confusing. You may be asking yourself, "Why is this happening to me?". You might feel triggered or feel offended.

Try not to judge the people and events. Try and see the situation as an opportunity to get clarity. Try and see each situation for what it is. Once you gain clarity, it becomes easier to clear, release and move through the situation or trauma you are healing. When you become more clear you're more able to expand allowing in more light and more love for yourself and for others.

Discernment - In a world full of distortions, multiple timelines and an ample amount of opinions. Having discernment is critical. One thing Stacy and I have spoken about in our book - “10 Ways To Parent Consciously; Parenting In The New Paradigm” is picking and choosing between all the advice that flows your way when you become a new parent. Everyone has an experience or opinion. Being able to determine what incoming information serves you and what does not can help you to be able to make the best choices for yourself and your family.

This includes advice regarding what's best for your family spiritually, medically, & mentally. I’m not saying don’t be open to others opinions and feedback. That is a given, just be sure to tap into your intuition and listen to its feedback too. What might be a great fit for the masses may not be the best fit for you.

Talking about discernment leads me to my next topic.

Staying Sovereign - Maintain your personal power. Again, make choices that are the best fit for you and your family. Discuss with your partner how you’re going to navigate the world together as a family. The push to be “normal” and to fit in is in the extremes. From schooling, to medical choices, spiritual choices and more. Stay in your sovereignty not allowing others to push their guidelines on to you. Not all societal “guidelines” are the best option. Use and trust your intuition and be sure to tap into your clairs. Align with your inner guidance system and spiritual guides to help bring you into a place of clarity when you are confused. Stepping away from all electronics, turning off social media and media for a period of time is also an excellent way for clarity to drop in.

Self Reflection - When we continue to work on ourselves allowing growth and expansion we become more emotionally and spiritually present. When we are more present we are more available fully for the children and people in our lives. We also create a ripple effect of groundedness and oneness that reflects and ripples out into the world.

Intentionally working on ourselves, helps us become a living example for our children, grandchildren and people in our Earth experience. By demonstrating self-awareness, personal growth, and a commitment to our own well-being, we show our children the importance of self-care, self-improvement, and lifelong learning. We teach them that it is okay to make mistakes, learn from them, and strive to become better versions of ourselves, and to love others where they are at on their own journey.

Moreover, when we work on ourselves, we develop qualities such as empathy, compassion, patience, and resilience. These qualities not only benefit us personally but also enable us to create a positive impact on our children’s lives and the world at large. We become more conscious of our actions and consequences, making intentional choices that align with our values and contribute to a better future.
