Just some random thoughts I thought I'd share from many years of observation while working in a doctor's office.
I am always observing in the office how interesting it is to me to watch when a parent comes in with their teenager for their doctor's appointment.
I have noticed different parenting lifestyles that they choose to use.
Some come to the window with their teenager and make them check in.
What's your name? What's your date of birth? What kind of insurance do you have?
Some teenagers look scared to death, and some smile and can answer all the questions themselves. Some parents interrupt their teenagers even though they know the answers.
It's fascinating to witness.
