Times are a changing, the thing is they are always changing. We can learn a lot from our kiddos. Kids are resilient, and have the ability to quickly adapt. Why? Because they live in the present moment.
Watch them play with their toys, interact with a sibling, watch a show. They tune right in. As they get older the conditions and beliefs of life /parents are bestowed upon them. If you see your older kids full of worry, practice demonstrating how to be more present with them. Practice living in the present moment.

Peggy: After my fellow psychotherapist Judy Westerfield and I retired, we decided to write the blog MAXyourMIND to share information on mental and emotional well-being we had used in a combined 60+ years of practice. We also focus on current neuroscience research.

|Parenting With The Four Clairs|
Children tend to stay fully awake until around age 7, then conditioning and societal beliefs begin to shut down their natural openness and awareness. You can help your child remain an awake intuitive by encouraging them to share openly with you, without judgement and by encouraging them to tap into their intuition. Children are awake beings coming to live out this life. Oftentimes past life memories are completely shut off so they can focus on this life and sometimes its the opposite, they come in fully awake with the knowledge they left with and are rearing and ready to go. If you are choosing to raise your child in an awakened conscious way its important to know the four clairs.
In our free guide we share what the four clairs are, some guidance and a list of resources for diving in deeper.
