Are You Teaching Your Children The Art Of Forgiveness?

As a follow up to my post last week called Your Worlds Are Merging And Your Children Know It and my latest review of Penney Peirce's newest book Leap Of Perception: The Transforming Power of Your Attention I wanted to touch on the subject of forgiveness.

Penney shares some very powerful information surrounding forgiveness. She begins by sharing a quote from Joan Borysenko, "Forgiveness is not the misguided act of condoning irresponsible, hurtful behavior, Nor is it a superficial turning of the other cheek that leaves us feeling victimized and martyred. Rather, it is the finishing of old business that allows us to experience the present, free of contamination from the past."

This particularly struck a cord within me. I've always found it rather easy to forgive and move on. I'm not one to hold grudges. I know people make mistakes during their human experience. I'm also a Libra and have an innate ability to find the balance in every situation. On the other hand I've been around many who hold on tightly to their unforgiveness, judgments and anger. I've seen it first hand passed on to their children. Children sometimes assume the same limiting beliefs as their parents and take on their parents feelings and judgements as their own.

Your Worlds Are Merging And Your Children Know It!

I'm currently reading Penney Peirce's newest book Leap of Perception: The Transforming Power of Your Attention. One thing that really resonates with me is her take on how our worlds are merging. Really they've always been merging it's just now humanity is reaching such a point in their spiritual growth that the consciousness to understand this concept more is becoming reality. Children are more open and receptive to the unified fields. They are empathic and intuitive. When they first arrive in their new bodies they are fully awake. As they grow they are exposed to parental and societal beliefs which shift and change their perception. When parents allow children to be more free flowing in their thought processes and do not try and pressure them into believing only what the parent believes they are more likely to continue to share what they know from their unified connection. Don't be alarmed if your child knows things beyond your experience and connection. Your child may speak freely of a passed loved one like they are right there with you now because they actually are or your child may openly share a previous life, or a specific healing message for you. Whether you believe it or not I encourage you to keep your mind open and allow your child to be able to tell you anything. If you can keep the lines of communication open while they are little they will feel safe, unjudged and be able to come to you with their problems as they expand into adulthood. Trust in yourself, in your inner knowing. Listen to your inner feelings, thoughts and guidance. Enjoy the experience of parenting. There's reasons why your child "a spiritual being" has aligned with you in this life experience. Embrace it for all it's worth and enjoy the ride! ~ Carol Lawrence

The following quotes are taken from Penney's new book.

Safely Choosing the Right Babysitter for Your Child

Inviting a stranger into your home to care for your child can be a very stressful moment of your life. Worse yet is leaving your child at another person's house. The anxiety you could feel by allowing an outside person to babysit your child could cause a variety of health issues. How can you ensure your child's safety when looking for the perfect babysitter? Although nobody is perfect, there has to be a method in order to find someone who isn't going to rob you blind or take off with your child.

1. Thoroughness of History - Before hiring any person to babysit your child, you should review references of the person applying for the job. While a thorough background check can provide you with a great deal of information, the first thing you should do is find out if this person could be a viable candidate. In the event of hiring a high school student, contacting his or her parents to get information is always a good idea.

Children Born With Advanced DNA

Hello everyone, this is an older article but a very vital article especially as we are seeing more and more proof that the DNA is changing and is possible to change. We've shared articles and authors in the past who have focused on this topic. Gregg Braden, Lee Carroll, Doreen Virtue and Dr. Emoto are just a few. Sharing this with much love. Please share your thoughts with us about what you thought about the interview? Do you want to see more content like this?

Raising Self-Empowered Thinking Children

(Rachel, Josh, Tony, and Sarah; holiday get-together, Rachel helping Tony get ready for Halloween,
Family gathering during summer, Tony's birthday)

While raising our kids with the mindset of conscious parenting we purposely chose to teach them in a manner of thinking which enabled them to be self-empowered in their own thinking.  As we were fully aware we were raising adults and they would not be children forever. Everyday choices are a part of our society and soon would be theirs. As we guided them through their childhood and through their teenage years we were always focused on enhancing their already awakened intuitive skills.

We have the opportunity to create our children with every word that we use to describe them. Many times the words that we use to describe our children are the same words that we secretly use to describe ourselves. These words leak out when we are feeling frustrated. It is helpful to notice when your emotions are getting raw, admit your frustration and choose to identify the situation in a new way.

When you can't catch yourself, have compassion for yourself! We all do the best that we can in any given moment.  ~ Suzy Miller

Brenda Novak's Annual Online Auction for Diabetes Research-Auction Open Now!

New York Times Bestselling Author Brenda Novak specializes in happy endings, and she’s hoping to help provide a happy ending for the 350 million people worldwide that suffer from diabetes. She says, “Ten years ago, when my youngest son was diagnosed with Type 1, I wanted to do some fundraising for research, to help him and everyone else in the same situation. I just didn’t know how to go about it—or where I’d find the time. I had five kids at home and some very tight book deadlines. Then I attended a silent auction at a local elementary school and realized that I could do a similar event on my website, where I could invite the people who visit me on the web to join in my efforts.”
